Payment Policy
Payment for all sessions or session packages must be made in full no later than 24 hours before the first scheduled session. Payments should be made directly via e-transfer to cdcc.information@gmail.com
Refund, Cancellation, and Credit Policy
All payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. In the event that either party is unable to attend a session and must cancel, the following conditions apply:
Client-Initiated Cancellations: If a client needs to cancel a session, they must provide notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. This notice should be communicated via email or text. In such cases, the client will receive a credit for the cancelled session, which may be applied to a future session. Session credits are valid for up to 3 months from the date of issuance.
Christina Dixon Coaching & Consulting Cancellations: If a session is cancelled by CDCC at any time, the client will automatically receive a credit for that session, which can be used within 3 months of the cancellation.
Late Cancellations/No Shows: If a client cancels a session with less than 24 hours notice or fails to attend without notice, no credit or rescheduling options will be provided. The session will be considered forfeited.
